Seasonal Job Support Positions: Help Students Succeed at Their First Paid Job in the Community! Asotin County Community Services needs up to five seasonal direct support staff to support students in the Summer Jobs Program for high school youth with disabilities and/or barriers to employment. The successful candidate is energetic and positive with the ability to support students over a variety of hours, at various locations (fleet cars provided). This flexible and rewarding summer job is perfect for college students, teachers, paraprofessionals, and retirees, starting in June 2023. The end dates are between August and September 2023. The positions are open until filled. Wage is $16.78 per hour (under collective bargaining https://wa-asotincounty.civicplus.com/DocumentCenter/View/11658/2023-2025-Courthouse-CBAPDF ) with a flexible schedule 17 hours to 35 hours per week. Qualified candidates must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license and insurance, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test. Part-time/Seasonal position is not eligible for benefits.
