GEAR UP College Coach at WSU Pullman The Harvest of Hope (HOH) GEAR UP programs is seeking a College Coach with a work location in Pullman, WA. This position is responsible for providing direct student support services and resources to GEAR UP’s 2022-2023 freshman class; increasing student academic performance; promoting student positive academic behaviors and non-cognitive skills; and guiding students with college and career exploration throughout their first year at WSU Pullman. Position requires a Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of professional work experience in student services or related education/experience. Experience leading or directing the work of others. A Master’s degree in a related field may substituted for one (1) year of professional work experience.
